1. Comprehensive evaluation of your voice, person, and goals

2. Instruction of pro-vocal behaviors including vocal hygiene, self-massage techniques, warm ups, breathing exercises, lymph and nervous system support, movement practices, etc

3. Drill of specific evidence-based vocal techniques tailored to you

4. Mindfulness, self-compassion, and beauty rituals designed for you

5. Intuitive, creative, experimentation-and-play-based therapy progression with emphasis on embodied emotional expression 

Optional hands-on energy healing sessions

Optional intuitive readings throughout via use of card-based divination and the body
